Therapist Statement
My passion is working with children, adolescents, individuals, and couples who have faced mental health struggles, trauma, abuse, or spiritual hurt. I want to walk alongside you as we process the pain you have felt while helping you foster relationships where you feel seen, heard, and loved. Change is possible and through collaboration, we will be able to find true freedom from your pain. I am eager to come alongside you and create a safe place for you as you begin to wrestle through hard questions.
When I am outside of the counseling room I enjoy spending time with my husband and family. We enjoy going on hikes, drinking coffee, and exploring downtown Indianapolis. I also enjoy investing and serving in our church community. I often feel recharged by being in nature, having meaningful conversations with friends, and deepening my relationship with God.
